Together with the current parameters (together with the principle that triggers attacks whenever there is a 50-level difference between creature and character), figures at level 150 or over may no longer be assaulted by nearly all the classic monsters.Monsters' behavior beyond combat will also be altered: critters will persistently (but slowly) attempt to strategy characters walking through their portion of the map. It will therefore be important to not stop at one place for too long on a map that has monsters that may attack your character. The frequency of monsters' movement out of combat has not changed.
Harvests can be disrupted by creature attacks. You will need to be careful when sending a low-level character to gather resources in significantly higher-level areas.However, the delay between detection by a monster and also the start of an assault should be long enough to get attentive harvesters to avoid most attacks.We allow competitive creatures to interrupt harvests so as to stop characters (using the activity queue) from harvesting publicly on maps that have monsters which are supposed to assault them.
We think that attacks by monsters are sometimes a mechanic that is useful for making exploration exciting. We do not want particular characters to have the ability to bypass this mechanic entirely in areas where we want it to employ consistently.We do not eliminate the chance of finally letting characters use Achievements or consumables to protect themselves from attacks, however we do not want to utilize these as standard mechanisms.A monster could detect multiple personalities to assault in its field of vision. The character it strikes will be the very first one it detected; in case of a tie, the personality will be attacked by it. Let us face it... these critters are simply not great.
So would this mean that just as I go afk for a little bit I would need to log out to avoid being if I am standing in a map with dinosaurs inside? With entering haven bag, this may be prevented but a lot of places will not let you leave through havenbag. Also, there are a lot of multiaccounters (such as me). There are a whole lot of quest fights that may wind up taking a few minutes to finish, would I need to log the remainder of my personalities out to avoid being aggroed? (provided that I can't escape havenbag).
